formtrax™ form interface

filling out and routing forms is a snap with the formtrax intuitive web-based interface. users can select and fill fields onscreen, approve or reject forms routed to them, table the form for a later decision, email the form to additional parties, delegate approval to another staff member, and attach additional notes or documents for tracking. each form has a link that allows users to track its routing status.
