To assist with more complex filing structures, OptiScan™ can incorporate Barcoding into both the digital and original source files for file and file subject organization.

Additionally, entire files can be scanned to one pdf document that is then given bookmarks to help your organization search through the files by category. For example if a patient’s medical file has appointment notes, text results, and insurance information, all of that information may be stored in the same pdf with tabs that direct the user to each of those areas with the click of a mouse.
