Converting to eVista™

Just because you didn’t choose us first, doesn’t mean that you can’t take advantage of the eCopy / eVista system. OptiScan™ makes it easy to seamlessly transfer your digital data from your existing document management system to eVista using our custom Conversion Utilities.

In most cases, our conversion utilities are able to port all digital data to the eVista system, including document naming conventions, file structure, administrative rights and document keywords.
