What We Scan
OptiScan™ can handle any and all types and sizes of physical media, including:
- Letter, Legal, and Over-sized Documents
- Engineering Drawings (Color and B/W)
- Microfilm
- Microfiche
- Aperture Cards
Our scanning process allows us to capture documents in color, black and white, or grayscale. In fact, with our multi-streaming process, we can produce both color and black and white digital copies with one scan, allowing our clients to choose between color accuracy and reduced file size on a per-file basis.
Scanned images are then stored in the client's choice of digital formats, such as:
- TIFF
- PDF (Image or Searchable Text)
- JPEG
Whether an onsite or offsite solution is required, we will generate high quality, digital images along with index information for easy search and retrieval, that can help improve efficiency for archives of any size or complexity.
