Packaging & Delivery
OptiScan™ offers a variety of packaging and delivery options based on your company’s needs.
Documents can be scanned to a variety of formats and delivered on CDs, incorporated into your internal data structure, or housed within our on-premises document management system, eVista™. Because of OptiScan's quality control process, the digital representations of those documents are often delivered to our clients in better condition than that of the original paper versions.
Your data will be delivered with a manifest of image names along with index information in either a comma-separated-value or XML file.
Whether scanning was performed on- or off-site, scanned materials will be returned in the same condition that they were received. If the client no longer requires the source documents, OptiScan offers confidential document destruction and will provide a Certificate of Destruction.
