Packaging & Delivery
OptiScan™ offers a variety of packaging and delivery options based on your company’s needs.
Documents can be scanned to a variety of formats including a manifest of image names along with index information in either a comma-separated-value (CSV) or XML file. and delivered on:
- CDs or DVDs
- Transferred using Secure FTP, HTTP, or VPN protocols.
- Hosted on our Managed Servers
Because of OptiScan's quality control process, the digital representations of those documents are often delivered to our clients in better condition than that of the original paper versions.
Whether scanning was performed on- or off-site, scanned materials will be returned in the same condition that they were received. If the client no longer requires the source documents, OptiScan offers confidential document destruction and will provide a Certificate of Destruction.
