OptiScan™ can often improve the form and readability of a company’s archived materials through simple adjustments made during the scanning process. These include:
Multi-streaming allows us to create both a color and black and white version of a document with one scan to provide our clients with the choice between color accuracy and reduced file size. (See our article on multi-streaming.) We can also apply a Quality Grading system which will allow clients to review materials that have degraded beyond a clearly reproducible state for later analysis.
