Data Integration
Whether this is your first digital document management system, or you are converting from another system, leveraging eVista’s web services API makes document integration a snap.
You can:
- Scan documents directly into eVista using our integrated eCopy interface on your Mult-Function Printer (MFP) making documents instantly available to authorized users.
- Have OptiScan's scanning service bureau scan, process, and upload directly to your eVista system without placing document management activities on internal staff.
- Import your digital data from another system, extract index data, and upload batches using intuitive conversion and upload utilities.
- "Drag-drop" batches of documents or individual documents to a monitored folder which is instantly uploaded to eVista using an open format XML control file.
Document viewing features include:
