- Scanning & Storage – Looking to save space and make file search easy? Let our service scanning bureau do the work by converting your paper files to categorized and keyword-coded digital documents. For even greater convenience in file search and collaboration, have your files scanned to our eVista document management software.
- Manage Documents in Public Folders – Use OptiScan’s import utilities to monitor files in public folders and automatically import into eVista.
- Manage existing digital documents – Using standard CSV or our open XML Format, existing digital documents can easily be imported into eVista.
